Personas & Context of Use
Our process began with creating personas and defining the context of use to gain a deeper understanding of our target audience and how they would interact with the project. This user-centered approach allowed us to tailor the design to meet their needs and ensure the experience is both meaningful and accessible for the intended users.

This user-centered approach allowed us to tailor the design to meet their needs and ensure the experience is both meaningful and accessible for the intended users.

The next step was mapping out a user flow to visualize how users would interact with the product from start to finish. This helped us outline the key touchpoints and ensure a seamless and intuitive experience throughout their journey.

The following step involved creating hypotheses to further define the details of the product. We began by identifying the most important features and then developed hypotheses around them, specifying clear outcomes and success criteria. This provided us with a structured framework to guide our work and evaluate the effectiveness of our design.

Afterward, we began developing a minimal viable product (MVP) based on the hypotheses we created. Following the principles of lean UX, the MVP focused on validating key concepts, functionalities, and design elements. This prototype served as the foundation for the next phase, where we tested and evaluated the hypotheses to determine their accuracy and feasibility.

The final step is conducting user testing. We provide users with the prototype and allow them to test it without any instructions to capture their most natural behaviors. Based on their feedback and our observations, we revisit the hypothesis phase to evaluate what worked, what didn’t, and what needs further testing. This iterative process allows us to refine our product by repeating and fine-tuning each step until we achieve the desired results.
